A dynamic interactive class catered to all body types and fitness levels. An exercise class that encourages you to trust in yourself. This class embodies holistic growth physical ability, mental awareness and Spiritual Zen.
What you can expect is an interactive upbeat yet manageable physical class where we sharpen or develop our strengths, cardio and flexibility while also learning some self-defence techniques as we train. The aim of the class is to enjoy the work out and gain new understandings of awareness in situations where one will need to defend him/ herself.
A little about the trainer, I am currently a practising Black Belt ( Shodan ) in Sport Karate or Martial Arts and a White belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu. It would be great to create an environment where we all can come together and learn from each other.
